The automatic glue gun GA4000 is often used in the automatic glue coating system of automobiles manufacturing. Rubber nozzle continuous overflow glue
Reason 1 : Over the rated operating pressure Solution : Do not exceed the rated operating pressure
Cause 2 : valve seat, valve core and seal damage solution : replace the corresponding parts
Throat overflow glue
Reason 1 : Over the rated operating pressure Solution : Do not exceed the rated operating pressure
Cause 2 : Laryngeal lubrication components seal damage Solution : Replace the corresponding parts
Gun off delay
Reason 1 : Shut off the gun for insufficient gas supply Solution : check the solenoid valve supply pressure and solenoid valve specifications are satisfied with the use
Reason 2 : Solenoid valve installation distance is too far solution : minimize the installation distance
Cause 3 : solution to the leakage of the gun cylinder : check and replace the relevant sealing ring
Heating failure or temperature control out of control
Reason 1 : PID parameters of temperature control system are not correct Solution : Check and correct PID parameters of temperature control
Cause 2 : electric heating rod damage ; temperature sensor damage solution : replace the heating gun seat module or replace the corresponding electrical components and check the test
