Reason 1: Seal damage

Reason 2: Excessive work pressure
Solution: Do not exceed the working pressure of the equipment
Fault phenomenon: Abnormal spray amplitude, spray interruption, spray branching, uneven thickness
Reason 1: Damaged nozzle
Solution: Check and replace the nozzle
Reason 2: Foreign objects or dry glue in the nozzle
Solution: Clean the nozzle of dirt or foreign objects
Reason 3: The large temperature changes in the glue supply system lead to significant changes in the viscosity of the glue.
Solution: Improve or adjust the glue temperature control system to stabilize its temperature and viscosity
Reason 4: System pressure changes

Reason 1: Damage to the sealing component of the stator fluid block

Fault phenomenon: Airway leakage, unable to shoot, slow shooting

Fault phenomenon: Rotation stuck, abnormal torque
